Gold Medallion

The Gold Medallion is an advanced lifesaving award. The aim of this course is to provide participants with advanced skills and knowledge to manage emergency situations autonomously.

Candidates must hold and be proficient in ALL of the following awards prior to being eligible for the Gold:

  • Bronze Medallion (and Hold the Certificate II in Public Safety (Aquatic Rescue))
  • Advanced Resuscitation Techniques Certificate or Advanced Resuscitation Techniques [AID]
  • First Aid [AID]
  • Silver Medallion Beach Management

Not a member of our Club?

If you are not yet a member of our Club please apply to join online and follow the prompts. Once your membership has been processed, you must create a Members Area (Portal) account. This is an interface between you and the Club which enables you to renew your membership, update your personal details, complete on-line learning, make payments etc.

All membership fees and course fees are paid via the Members’ Portal. Click link below for Members’ Portal.  If you are unable to register online prior to the course commencing, assistance will be provided on the day.  Please bring identification/credit card and mobile phone to the first session.

Candidates wishing to join up with a training group in preparation for the Gold Medallion should contact me our Director of Education, Natasha Spencer at education@nccslsc.com.au and they will let you know when the next course is scheduled
