Throughout the Surf Life Saving Season we hold many courses for our members and new members. By expressing your interest in a course through this form will allow us to better plan our education calendar and assist you in gaining the qualifications you are wishing to attain.

We will use the information from this form to communicate directly with you when we have a course planned and you will be provided with the first opportunity to register for the course.
